Pre-Launched VMs need the vbar_base values pre-populated
for pass-thru PCI devices.
This patch moves the pci parser logic from board_cfg_gen to library
so that scenario_cfg_gen scripts can use pci parser routines while
generating pci_dev file logical partition scenario.

gcc in latest clearlinux enabled the pointer-sign warning as
default. This breaks the acrn-crashlog build.
Make acrn-crashlog build issue fixed by convert to correct
pointer type.

To keep align hv source code changes, config tool doese below changes:
1. Remove UUID from scenario config files.
2. Remove severity from scenario config files.
3. Use vm type to instead load order type.
4. Use the mapped UUID data base for launch vm script configurations.
5. Unify the ui_entry_api for '--out'

As it doesn't depends on the scenario, there are sos/pre launched VMS
in config xmls, emulate vhostbridge for sos vm, specify the pass-thru
PCI device for pre launched vm.
Add support to parse pci_devs for pre launched vm.

Currently, config tool generate board files and scenario files in
acrn-hypervisor directory, the origin souce code would be corrupted by
the config tool. Config tool add '--out' option for user to give a path
to store the generated files, without this option, tool will generate
files in origin source code.

Currently we use separate button to generate board configuration files and
scenario configuration files for hypervisor, this is not friendly from UX
perspective. So remove redundant button on HV configuration generation.

If the bus number is not 0, then malloc a virtual slot for the device,
meanwhile, it should be added to PT_SLOT for the next query, otherwise
the passthru parameter would be lost in the launch script.

1. If the device configure space is not fixed by ACPI and its pbar address
is above 4G or lower than 2G, then remap the vbar address to high memory.
2. Due to GPU might have huge MMIO space which would result in
HV_RAM_SIZE overflow, skip its vBAR remapping for now when the size high
than 1GB.

Currently the life_mngr daemon has supported:
listen from the SOS shutdown command,
this patch add support listen shutdown command from RTVM.
and this life_mngr daemon can also run on SOS for listening
shutdown commond from acrn-dm(triggered by RTVM).
