Add four per-vm bvt parameters as the initial bvt parameter values for
vCPU threads.

reduce Effective Virtual Time to prioritize the thread.
- bvt_warp_limit

Abstract out schedulers config data for vCPU threads and other hypervisor
threads to sched_params structure. And it's used to initialize per
thread scheduler private data. The sched_params for vCPU threads come
from vm_config generated by config tools while other hypervisor threads

064be1e3e6 hv: support halt in hv idle
When all vCPU threads on one pCPU are put to sleep (e.g., when all
guests execute HLT), hv would schedule to idle thread. Currently the
idle thread executes PAUSE which does not enter any c-state and consumes
a lot of power. This patch is to support HLT in the idle thread.

When we switch to HLT, we have to make sure events that would wake a
vCPU must also be able to wake the pCPU. Those events are either
generated by local interrupt or issued by other pCPUs followed by an
ipi kick.

Each of them have an interrupt involved, so they are also able to wake
the halted pCPU. Except when the pCPU has just scheduled to idle thread
but not yet halted, interrupts could be missed.

sleep-------schedule to idle------IRQ ON---HLT--(kick missed)
                                         ^
                              wake---kick|

This areas should be protected. This is done by a safe halt
mechanism leveraging STI instruction’s delay effect (same as Linux).

vCPUs with lapic_pt or hv with CONFIG_KEEP_IRQ_DISABLED=y does not allow
interrupts in root mode, so they could never wake from HLT (INIT kick
does not wake HLT in root mode either). They should continue using PAUSE
in idle.

51e6dc5864 hv: sched: fix bug when reboot vm
BVT schedule rule:
When a new thread is wakeup and added to runqueue, it will get the
smallest avt (svt) from runqueue to initiate its avt. If the svt is
smaller than it's avt, it will keep the original avt. With the svt, it
can prevent a thread from claiming an excessive share of CPU after
sleepting for a long time.

For the reboot issue, when the VM is reboot, it means a new vcpu thread
is wakeup, but at this time, the Service VM's vcpu thread is blocked,
and removed from the runqueue, and the runqueue is empty, so the svt is
0. The new vcpu thread will get avt=0. avt=0 means very high priority,
and can run for a very long time until it catch up with other thread's
avt in runqueue.
At this time, when Service VM's vcpu thread wakeup, it will check the
svt, but the svt is very small, so will not update it's avt according to
the rule, thus has a very low priority and cannot be scheduled.

To fix it, update svt in pick_next handler to make sure svt is align
with the avt of the first obj in runqueue.

53d4a7169b hv: remove kick_thread from scheduler module
kick_thread function is only used by kick_vcpu to kick vcpu out of
non-root mode, the implementation in it is sending IPI to target CPU if
target obj is running and target PCPU is not current one; while for

is not actually belong to scheduler module, we can drop it and just do

a7563cb9bd hv: sched_bvt: add BVT scheduler
BVT (Borrowed virtual time) scheduler is used to schedule vCPUs on pCPU.
It has the concept of virtual time, vCPU with earliset virtual time is
dispatched first.

Main concepts:

tick timer:
a period tick is used to measure the physcial time in units of MCU
    (minimum charing unit).
runqueue:
thread in the runqueue is ordered by virtual time.
weight:
each thread receives a share of the pCPU in proportion to its
    weight.
context switch allowance:
the physcial time by which the current thread is allowed to advance
    beyond the next runnable thread.
warp:
a thread with warp enabled will have a change to minus a value (Wi)
from virtual time to achieve higher priority.
virtual time:
AVT: actual virtual time, advance in proportional to weight.
    EVT: effective virtual time.
         EVT <- AVT - ( warp ? Wi : 0 )
SVT: scheduler virtual time, the minimum AVT in the runqueue.

72f7f69c47 HV: Use NMI to kick lapic-pt vCPU's thread
ACRN hypervisor needs to kick vCPU off VMX non-root mode to do some
operations in hypervisor, such as interrupt/exception injection, EPT
flush etc. For non lapic-pt vCPUs, we can use IPI to do so. But, it
doesn't work for lapic-pt vCPUs as the IPI will be injected to VMs
directly without vmexit.

Without the way to kick the vCPU off VMX non-root mode to handle pending
request on time, there may be fatal errors triggered.
1). Certain operation may not be carried out on time which may further
lead to fatal errors. Taking the EPT flush request as an example, once we
don't flush the EPT on time and the guest access the out-of-date EPT,
    fatal error happens.
2). ACRN now will send an IPI with vector 0xF0 to target vCPU to kick the vCPU
off VMX non-root mode if it wants to do some operations on target vCPU.
However, this way doesn't work for lapic-pt vCPUs. The IPI will be delivered
to the guest directly without vmexit and the guest will receive a unexpected
interrupt. Consequently, if the guest can't handle this interrupt properly,
    fatal error may happen.

The NMI can be used as the notification signal to kick the vCPU off VMX
non-root mode for lapic-pt vCPUs. So, this patch uses NMI as notification signal
to address the above issues for lapic-pt vCPUs.

285b64faec replace arch_switch_to with pure asm code instead of inline asm
after compile, the compiled code could change rsp, so use pure asm code
to avoid such problem which will cause schedule switch failure.

4fc54f952e schedule: add full context switch support
this patch added full context switch support for scheduling, it make sure
each VCPU has its own stack, and added host_sp field in struct sched_object
to record host stack pointer for each switch out object.

Arch related function arch_switch_to is added for context switch.

To benefit debugging, a name[] field is also added into struct sched_object.

a0154223f6 hv: clear NEED_RESCHEDULE flag in schedule
Now, need_reschedule will test_and_clear the bit NEED_RESCHEDULE in
schedule context, then call schedule. It is not a exact match with the
name.
This patch move the flag clearing into scheudle, and need_reschedule
just check and return.

ff0703dd40 scheduler: make scheduling based on struct sched_object
use struct sched_object as the main interface of scheduling, then
make scheduler as an independent module to vcpu:
- add struct sched_object as one field in struct vcpu
- define sched_object.thread for switch_to thread
- define sched_object.prepare_switch_out/in for prepare_switch before
  switch_to
- move context_switch_out/context_switch_in into vcpu.c as
  vcpu.sched_obj.prepare_switch_out/in
- make default_idle as global idle.thread for idle_thread
- make vcpu_thread as vcpu.sched_obj.thread for each vcpu thread
- simplify switch_to based on sched_object

fa26a16645 HV:treewide:rename vcpu data structure
For data structure types "struct vcpu", its name is identical
with variable name in the same scope. This is a MISRA C violation.

Naming convention rule:If the data structure type is used by multi
modules, its corresponding logic resource is exposed to external
components (such as SOS, UOS), and its name meaning is simplistic
(such as vcpu, vm), its name needs prefix "acrn_".

The following udpates are made:
struct vcpu *vcpu-->struct acrn_vcpu *vcpu
