Sainath Grandhi e14cafe412 acrn-config: round HI_MMIO_START/HI_MMIO_END to the closest 1G 
Rounding HI_MMIO_START, HI_MMIO_END to the closest 1G. This avoids
round up logic in the hypervisor.
