For now, BOARD should use the qemu-riscv for risc-v.
For RISC-V:
make hypervisor BOARD=qemu-riscv SCENARIO=shared ARCH=riscv CROSS_COMPILE=riscv64-linux-gnu-
For x86:
make hypervisor BOARD=qemu SCENARIO=shared [ARCH=x86]
