Tw 83034b7151 Makefile: specify BOARD&FIRMWARE in sb-hypervisor-install ...

BOARD&FIRMWARE are wrong When 'make sbl-hypervisor-install' w/o parameters
due to default platform is uefi. So set them clearly.
