If guest doesn't initialize the net device, the tx thread will block at the first tx_cond wait. When virtio_net_tx_stop is invoked, the tx_thread will block on second tx_cond then. ACRN Device Model

Introduction
============
The ACRN Device Model provides **device sharing** capabilities between the Service OS and Guest OSs. It is a component that is used in conjunction with the `ACRN Hypervisor`_ and this is installed within the Service OS.
