Add deinit function for ps2kbd and ps2mouse. To support deinit function for ps2kbd and ps2mouse which has struct atkbdc_base as parameter, we make struct atkbdc_base exported as public. We also add console unregister function for keyboard and mouse. Which are called in ps2mouse/ps2kbd deinit function. ACRN Device Model

Introduction
============
The ACRN Device Model provides **device sharing** capabilities between the Service OS and Guest OSs. It is a component that is used in conjunction with the `ACRN Hypervisor`_ and this is installed within the Service OS. You can find out more about Project ACRN on the `Project ACRN documentation`_ website.
