Xiaoguang Wu 4261ca223e DM USB: xHCI: refine logic of Disable Slot Command ...

Remove the changing operation for 'xdev->native_ports[].state' in
pci_xhci_cmd_disable_slot. The operation should not be done in this
funciton.
