Wu, Xiaoguang 51f7633f82 DM USB: involve the libusb ...

This patch involves the libusb to communicate with the SOS USB kernel
stack, and the README.rst is also updated for this purpose.

The libusb is under GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1.
