The link checker flagged these links. We don't really use these guides
as documentation anymore. The website is preferred. Since we don't have
a corresponding page on the website (and secure storage support is in
flux), let's just delete these links rather than removing the entire
file.

The quickstart guide rework to split docs in TEE specific
guides broke the KBS setup anchor (looks like our url linter
does not catch these).

Not a ton of new features since we didn't bump guest-components or
trustee in this release, but we do pick up some really nice changes from
Kata.
