- `modernize` linter is enabled, this is the same as `gopls modernize`
- ~~`perfsprint` linter is disabled because it conflicts with
`modernize` (maybe there is a middle ground)~~
- gocritic `deprecatedComment` is disabled as it conflicts with
`go-swagger`
