snap: fix kernel setup

kernel setup fails when `yes "n"` is used and `make oldconfig` doesn't
read anything from STDIN, `yes "n"` was added in the past as a
workaround to fix incomplete kernel configs.
Enable `build-kernel.sh` debug.
