We can only set disable fno-semantic-interposition if the
gcc used to build qemu is 5.3 or newer.
CentOS provides an older gcc, then we need to not enable this
option if it is the case.

Qemu 2.11 does not support --disable-static flag and
--enable-strip flag, this patch adds a condition
to only use it for qemu 2.7 or older.
