Consolidated OpenVMM support for the Rust runtime (runtime-rs): an out-of-process hypervisor backend that drives the external `openvmm` VMM over ttrpc, using bindings generated by build.rs from the vendored protos/vmservice.proto (no OpenVMM crates are linked in-tree), plus configuration and Makefile wiring, kata-deploy integration, and the supporting build/test plumbing. This is a single squashed commit of the OpenVMM development branch (41 commits, b5951a1..) prepared for rebase onto kata-containers/kata-containers main; it will be reorganized into review buckets before the PR is opened. Kata Containers packaging
Introduction
Kata Containers currently supports packages for many distributions. Tooling to aid in creating these packages are contained within this repository.
Build in a container
Kata build artifacts are available within a container image, created by a
Dockerfile. Reference DaemonSets are provided in
kata-deploy, which make installation of Kata Containers in a
running Kubernetes Cluster very straightforward.
