e2e: getCurrentKubeletConfig: move in subpkg
Address review comments and move the helper function in the `framework/kubelet` package to avoid circular deps (see https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/81245) Signed-off-by: Francesco Romani <fromani@redhat.com>
