During dc9def6f93, which was a revert for
7a10073e4a we forgot to remove the extra

update github.com/imdario/mergo to v0.3.5

**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Updates github.com/imdario/mergo library to v0.3.5. We were pinned because of a functionality change in the dependency, however, a new function was introduced with similar functionality to the old.

There is apparently some Debian packaging issues (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=878254) because of this. I'm still not clear what those are, unless they are forcing the library to update, as opposed to using our `vendor/`.

That said, this will allow for some of those vendor conflicts to resolve for anyone else who is using client-go, so that's at least worthwhile.

**Which issue(s) this PR fixes** *(optional, in `fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...)` format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged)*:
fixes #27543, fixes https://github.com/kubernetes/client-go/issues/431

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

This updates github.com/matttproud/golang_protobuf_extensions to a released
version.
There's no significant change in the code itself, and the corresponding
tests (which are not vendored) behave better with vgo (see details in #65683).

update github.com/pelletier/go-toml to 1.2.0

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

Rationale: github.com/pelletier/go-toml is the only package that currently
prevents the future vendoring of github.com/golang/dep as it depends on
functions introduced in 1.1.0.

The only consumers of this package are github.com/spf13/viper (used to run e2e
tests) and github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-gazelle (bazel helper), so that's a
pretty low-risk change.

**Special notes for your reviewer**:

This should help reducing the noise when #64731 lands

update github.com/satori/go.uuid to 1.2.0

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

This makes sure that github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go has the dependency it
requires: as of v14.6.0, it has a constraint for github.com/satori/go.uuid to be
at 1.2.0 (or above).
This was introduced in https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/pull/979
(see discussion for rationale)

Since github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go is the only consumer of
github.com/satori/go.uuid, there is no reason not to use the correct version.

This also prepares the ground for a future migration to dep.

Make kubernetes json serializer case sensitive

This PR imported the latest jsoniterator library so that case sensitivity during unmarhsaling is optional. The PR also set Kubernetes json serializer to be case sensitive.

Kubernetes json serializer had been case sensitive for 1.1-1.7 as we were using ugorji. This PR restores the behavior.

Fix #64612.

```release-notes
Kubernetes json deserializer is now case-sensitive as it was before 1.8.
If your config files contains fields with wrong case, the config files will be now invalid.
PR opencontainers/runc#1781 makes the channel buffered, so if we time
since there are no longer any consumers.
**Special notes for your reviewer**: I'm not sure what's up with the large list of comment diffs in `Godeps.json`; it looks like the `git describe` strings were (unintentionally?) truncated in @brendanburns's PR https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/61955.
Update cadvisor godeps to v0.29.0 and ignore per-cpu metrics
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Updates the cAdvisor dependency to the cAdvisor release associated with the kubernetes 1.10 release.
**Which issue(s) this PR fixes** *(optional, in `fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...)` format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged)*:
Fixes #60052
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
This PR also adds per-cpu metrics to the ignoreMetrics list.  This is a new metric that can be ignored in the most recent cAdvisor release.
The reason for not collecting per-cpu metrics is that it can cause severe scalability issues.
For example, if using a 128 core machine, and running 100 containers, we have 12800 different streams of metrics just for per-cpu metrics which cAdvisor needs to process and transmit.
Additionally, per-cpu metrics are not used by any kubernetes components, and if a user needs these metrics, they can run cAdvisor as a daemonset.
**Release note**:
```release-note
Disable per-cpu metrics by default for scalability.
Fix inaccurate disk usage monitoring of overlayFs.
Retry docker connection on startup timeout to avoid permanent loss of metrics.

StorageOS configurable device directory and mount options

**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This allows StorageOS volumes to be mounted when the kubelet is running in a container and we are unable to use the default device location (/var/lib/storageos/volumes). With this PR, the node's device location is requested via the StorageOS api, falling back to the current behaviour if not configured. The node's device location can be supplied as an environment variable (DEVICE_DIR) to the StorageOS container. This is backwards-compatible and no changes are needed to existing deployments.

The PR also allows Mount options to be set for StorageOS volumes in the same way they're enabled for other volume plugins.

The StorageOS API dependency was updated to the latest version, but no functionality changes besides adding the DeviceDir property to the Controller object.

There is also a small refactor of the loopback device handling code in storageos_utils.go to capture stderr output.

**Release note**:
```release-note
StorageOS volume plugin updated to support mount options and environments where the kubelet runs in a container and the device location should be specified.
```

apiextensions: add subresources for custom resources

Fixes #38113
Fixes #58778

**Related**:
- Proposal: https://github.com/kubernetes/community/pull/913
- For custom resources to work with `kubectl scale`: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/58283

**Add types**:

- Add `CustomResourceSubResources` type to CRD.
    - Fix proto generation for `CustomResourceSubResourceStatus`: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/55970.
- Add feature gate for `CustomResourceSubResources`.
    - Update CRD strategy: if feature gate is disabled, this feature is dropped (i.e. set to `nil`).
- Add validation for `CustomResourceSubResources`:
    - `SpecReplicasPath` should not be empty and should be a valid json path under `.spec`. If there is no value under the given path in the CustomResource, the `/scale` subresource will return an error on GET.
    - `StatusReplicasPath` should not be empty and should be a valid json path under `.status`. If there is no value under the given path in the CustomResource, the status replica value in the /scale subresource will default to 0.
    - If present, `LabelSelectorPath` should be a valid json path. If there is no value under `LabelSelectorPath` in the CustomResource, the status label selector value in the `/scale` subresource will default to the empty string.
    - `ScaleGroupVersion` should be `autoscaling/v1`.
    - If `CustomResourceSubResources` is enabled, only `properties` is allowed under the root schema for CRD validation.

**Add status and scale subresources**:

- Use helper functions from `apimachinery/pkg/apis/meta/v1/unstructured/helpers.go`.
    - Improve error handling: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/56563, https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/58215.
- Introduce Registry interface for storage.
- Update storage:
    - Introduce `CustomResourceStorage` which acts as storage for the custom resource and its status and scale subresources. Note: storage for status and scale is only enabled when the feature gate is enabled _and_ the respective fields are enabled in the CRD.
    - Introduce `StatusREST` and its `New()`, `Get()` and `Update()` methods.
    - Introduce `ScaleREST` and its `New()`, `Get()` and `Update()` methods.
        - Get and Update use the json paths from the CRD and use it to return an `autoscaling/v1.Scale` object.
- Update strategy:
    - In `PrepareForCreate`,
         - Clear `.status`.
         - Set `.metadata.generation` = 1
    - In `PrepareForUpdate`,
         - Do not update `.status`.
             - If both the old and new objects have `.status` and it is changed, set it back to its old value.
             - If the old object has a `.status` but the new object doesn't, set it to the old value.
             - If old object did not have a `.status` but the new object does, delete it.
         - Increment generation if spec changes i.e. in the following cases:
             - If both the old and new objects had `.spec` and it changed.
             - If the old object did not have `.spec` but the new object does.
             - If the old object had a `.spec` but the new object doesn't.
     - In `Validate` and `ValidateUpdate`,
        - ensure that values at `specReplicasPath` and `statusReplicasPath` are >=0 and < maxInt32.
        - make sure there are no errors in getting the value at all the paths.
    - Introduce `statusStrategy` with its methods.
        - In `PrepareForUpdate`:
            - Do not update `.spec`.
                - If both the old and new objects have `.spec` and it is changed, set it back to its old value.
                - If the old object has a `.spec` but the new object doesn't, set it to the old value.
                - If old object did not have a `.spec` but the new object does, delete it.
             - Do not update `.metadata`.
        - In `ValidateStatusUpdate`:
            - For CRD validation, validate only under `.status`.
            - Validate value at `statusReplicasPath` as above. If `labelSelectorPath` is a path under `.status`, then validate it as well.
- Plug into the custom resource handler:
    - Store all three storage - customResource, status and scale in `crdInfo`.
    - Use the storage as per the subresource in the request.
    - Use the validator as per the subresource (for status, only use the schema for `status`, if present).
    - Serve the endpoint as per the subresource - see `serveResource`, `serveStatus` and `serveScale`.
- Update discovery by adding the `/status` and `/scale` resources, if enabled.

**Add tests**:

- Add unit tests in `etcd_test.go`.
- Add integration tests.
    - In `subresources_test.go`, use the [polymporphic scale client](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/tree/master/staging/src/k8s.io/client-go/scale) to get and update `Scale`.
    - Add a test to check everything works fine with yaml in `yaml_test.go`.

**Release note**:

```release-note
`/status` and `/scale` subresources are added for custom resources.
oidc authentication: switch to v2 of coreos/go-oidc
Switch to v2 of [coreos/go-oidc](https://github.com/coreos/go-oidc), which uses square/go-jose to verify tokens and supports more signing algorithms.
Most of this PR removes dependencies used by the older version of github.com/coreos/go-oidc, and updates vendor files.
This PR has been tested against tokens issued by Okta, Google, and CoreOS's dex.
Closes https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/57806
```release-note
kube-apiserver: the OpenID Connect authenticator can now verify ID Tokens signed with JOSE algorithms other than RS256 through the --oidc-signing-algs flag.
kube-apiserver: the OpenID Connect authenticator no longer accepts tokens from the Google v3 token APIs, users must switch to the "https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v4/token" endpoint.

Add vSphere Cloud Provider simulator based tests

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

Initial set of vSphere Cloud Provider functional tests against the vCenter simulator, provides test coverage without having to run against a real vCenter instance.

**Which issue(s) this PR fixes** *(optional, in `fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...)` format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged)*:
Fixes #

**Special notes for your reviewer**:

The vsphere simulator recently moved from vmware/vic to govmomi, I had discussed the idea of introducing it for testing with vSphere Cloud Provider maintainers. These tests provide 90%+ coverage for vclib/datacenter.go, but we can expand further of course.

Version bump to etcd v3.2.11, grpc v1.7.5

Fix https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/56114: Update to etcd client 3.2.11

Version bumps:

- etcd from 3.1.10 to 3.2.11
- grpc from 1.3.0 to 1.7.5
- grpc-gateway from v1.1.0-25-g84398b9 to v1.3.0

TODO:

- [x] Apply etcd [3.2 client upgrade guide](https://github.com/coreos/etcd/blob/master/Documentation/upgrades/upgrade_3_2.md)
- [x] Apply grpc API changes in 1.6.0 and 1.7.0 [release notes](https://github.com/grpc/grpc-go/releases)
- [x] bbolt was pulled in transitively, why? We have tests that embed etcd, so we must vendor the etcd server and all it's dependencies.
- [x] Upgrade to containerd v1.0.0? Currently kubernetes depends on containerd v1.0.0-beta.2-159-g27d450a0 which depends on grpc v1.3.0, but containerd v1.0.0 depends on grpc 1.7.2. Not needed. The containerd grpc upgrade required [no code changes](ce3e32680d).
- [x] Fix all failing tests
- [x] Ensure we can safely upgrade grpc to 1.7.5 given that docker and cAdvisor still depend on grpc 1.3.0 (both in the versions we vend and on master for both projects). Should we hold off on this change until we have a docker release that uses gprc 1.7.x?
- [x] Wait for grpc 1.7.5 to be released (it will include https://github.com/grpc/grpc-go/pull/1747). Once released, bump grpc version in this PR and remove workarounds in `hack/godep-save.sh`.

Transitive dependencies on grpc:
- docker depends on grpc, but according to the package dependency graph (`go list -f '{{ .Deps }}'`) there are no dependencies from kubernetes to grpc via docker packages.
- containerd v1.0.0 depends on grpc 1.7.2, we should upgrade to containerd v1.0.0 soon, this can be done in a separate PR
- cadvisor depends on grpc 1.3.0 on master, it should upgrade it to grpc 1.7.5, this can be done in a separate PR

**Release note**:

```release-note
Upgrade to etcd client 3.2.11 and grpc 1.7.5 to improve HA etcd cluster stability.
Fix ipvs proxier nodeport
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Fix ipvs proxier nodeport.
**Which issue(s) this PR fixes**:
Fixes #55923
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
We bump the netwlink version in the 1st commit because:
* We call `netlink.RouteListFiltered()` to filter LOCAL type addresses from kernel route table. `netlink.RouteListFiltered()` exists in newer-version netlink package
* newer-version netlink package migrate `syscall` to `golang.org/x/sys/unix`, k8s cross-build can benefit from it as well. The Go doc for syscall says:
> NOTE: This package is locked down. Code outside the standard Go repository should be migrated to use the corresponding package in the golang.org/x/sys repository. That is also where updates required by new systems or versions should be applied. See https://golang.org/s/go1.4-syscall for more information.
Initial basic bootstrap-checkpoint support
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Adds initial support for Pod checkpointing to allow for controlled recovery of the control plane during self host failure conditions.
fixes #49236
xref https://github.com/kubernetes/features/issues/378
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
Proposal is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hhrCa_nv0Sg4O_zJYOnelE8a5ClieyewEsQM6c7-5-o/edit?ts=5988fba8#
1. Controlled tests work, but I have not tested the self hosted api-server recovery, that requires validation and logs.  /cc @luxas
2. In adding hooks for checkpoint manager much of the tests around basicpodmanager appears to be stub'd.  This has become an anti-pattern in the code and should be avoided.
3. I need a node-e2e to ensure consistency of behavior.
**Release note**:
```
Add basic bootstrap checkpointing support to the kubelet for control plane recovery
```
Fix issue #55031 to remove dependence on package lxn/win
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR fixes issue #55031 where kubelet.exe crashes on Windows Server Core. The root cause is that kubelet.exe depends on package lxn/win pdh and kernel32 wrapper for node metrics. However, opengl32.dll is not available in Server Core and lxn/win requires the presence of all win32 DLLs.
This PR uses a slim win32 package JeffAshton/win_pdh since most win32 APIs needed are PDH API. Also this PR makes own implementation of GetPhysicallyInstalledSystemMemory until golang Windows syscall has it or lxn/win fixes opengl32 issue. Also this PR modifies the way to get Windows version.
vendor update: github.com/golang/protobuf
When I'm working on PR: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/54782, I met a problem here: https://github.com/golang/protobuf/issues/372, which I think we need to update our vendor of protobuf
and I ask Dr. Stefan for suggestion, here is our coversation
shiywang [5:09 PM]
hi, Dr. Stefan i'm sorry to bother, I have a simple question, I was working on a pr which need to use protobuf custom field, and I run into this problem here: https://github.com/golang/protobuf/issues/372  which I think is due to our codebase's protobuf vendor is too old `vendor/github.com/golang/protobuf`,  do you think I can update that vendor to lastest one ?  also I noticed there's also an extend package called `vendor/github.com/gogo/protobuf/proto` what's the releationship between those two ?  which one should I update ?
This is also a prerequisite for a bug fix for running out of firewall rules when exposing large numbers of services from an Azure cluster.
**Which issue(s) this PR fixes**: None
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
1. I inadvertently committed a compatibility fix along with the dependency upgrade (which the guidelines say should have been two separate commits).  The offending file is `pkg/cloudprovider/providers/azure.go`.
2. We require an urgent bug fix for the firewall rules limit so it would be great if we could get this agreed quickly.  I have struggled with the dependency upgrade process a bit so if it looks wrong, please let me know as soon as you can!  Thanks!
Update vendored package heredoc
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR updates vendored package `github.com/MakeNowJust/heredoc`. This package is used by `kubectl`. The upstream updates do not effect program logic. Upstream changes consist of some refactoring commits and updates to README and LICENSE. The refactoring was carried out while bug hunting in `kubectl` and is the primary reason for merging the upstream changes. No bugs were found, this PR aims to save the next developer some time if/when they go bug hunting again in `heredoc`.
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
First effort at updating `vendor/`. I used `godep update` even though the [community docs](https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/godep.md) state that no one has this working, the command appears to work.
Fix the version detection of OpenStack Cinder
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
When running Kubernetes against an installation of DevStack which
deploys the Cinder service at a path rather than a port (ex:
http://foo.bar/volume rather than http://foo.bar:xxx), the version
detection fails. It is better to use the OpenStack service catalog.
OTOH, when initialize cinder client, kubernetes will check the
endpoint from the OpenStack service catalog, so we can do this
version detection by it.
There are two case should be fixed in other PR:
1. revisit the version detection after supporting Cinder V3 API.
2. add codes to support MicroVersion after gophercloud supports MicroVersion.
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
For now, we have to implement functions in both `rackspace` and `openstack` packages if we want to add function for cinder, for example [resize for cinder](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/51498).  Since openstack has implemented all the functions rackspace has,  and rackspace is considered deprecated for a long time, [rackspace deprecated](https://github.com/rackspace/gophercloud/issues/592) ,
after talking with @mikedanese  and @jamiehannaford offline ,  i sent this PR to remove `rackspace` in favor of `openstack`
Add Windows Server Containers Stats and Metrics to Kubelet
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR implements stats for Windows Server Containers. This adds the ability to monitor Windows Server containers via the existing stats/summary endpoint inside the kubelet. Windows metrics can now be ingested into heapster and monitored using existing tools (like Grafana).
Previously, the /stats/summary api would consistently crash the kubelet on Windows server containers. This PR implements a new package "winstats" which reads windows server metrics from a combination of windows specific perf counters as well as docker stats. The "winstats" package exports functions that return CAdvisor data structures, which the existing summary api can read.
Kubectl to use http caching to cache openapi responses from the server
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR is trying to address the problems raised in #50254
> * uses a disk-based cache that is not safe between processes (does not use atomic fs operations)
> * writes get/list responses to disk that should not be cached (like kubectl get secrets)
> * is vulnerable to partially written cache responses being used as responses to future requests
> * breaks uses of the client transport that make use of websockets
> * defaults to enabling the cache for any client builder using RecommendedConfigOverrideFlags or DefaultClientConfig which affects more components than just kubectl
All of these points are addressed by this pull-request:
1. It now uses atomic fs operations
2. Doesn't cache by default, only if requested by the client (and it's only done by openapi client)
3. Fixed because of atomic fs operations
4. Found the reason for the bug: Cache wrapper couldn't be unwrapped. I implemented the `WrappedRoundTripper` interface.
5. Since 2. is fixed, I think that should be fine
@smarterclayton @liggitt
AWS: check validity of KSM key before creating a new encrypted disk.
AWS CreateVolume call does not check if referenced encryption key actually exists and returns a valid new AWS EBS volume even though an invalid key was specified. Later on it removes the EBS silently when its encryption fails.
To work around this buggy behavior we manually check that the key exists before calling CreateVolume.
github.com/davecgh/go-spew/spew is set to the newest version, a bit
newer than required by testify. Updated from version 6 Nov 2015 to
27 Jun 2017.
github.com/stretchr/objx is not updated - testify uses version
from 27 May 2014 which is older than 28 Sep 2015 used now (latest
actually). In practice there is only a tiny difference - one method was
removed in new version.
Support windows in dockershim
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This is the 2nd part for https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/45927 .
The non-cri implementation dockertools was removed from kubelet v1.7 .
Part of previous work for supporting windows container lies in v1.6 dockertools, this PR is to port them to dockershim.
Main reference file in v1.6 dockertools windows support:
https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/v1.6.4/pkg/kubelet/dockertools/docker_manager_windows.go
**Which issue this PR fixes**
45927, for now catching up the implementation of v1.6
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
The code change includes 4 parts, put them together as we discussed in https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/46089
1. Update go-winio package to a newer version
  'go-winio' package is used by docker client.
  This change is to bring the support for Go v1.8, specifically included in the PR: https://github.com/Microsoft/go-winio/pull/48
Otherwise it will produce a lot of error like in: https://github.com/fsouza/go-dockerclient/issues/648
2. Add os dependent getSecurityOpts helper method.
seccomp not supported on windows
  Corresponding code in v1.6: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/v1.6.4/pkg/kubelet/dockertools/docker_manager_windows.go#L78
3. Add updateCreateConfig.
Allow user specified network mode setting. This is to be compatible with what kube-proxy package does on Windows.
  Also, there is a Linux section in both sandbox config and container config: LinuxPodSandboxConfig, LinuxContainerConfig.
And that section later goes to Config and HostConfig section under docker container createConfig. Ideally hostconfig section should be dependent on host os, while config should depend on container image os.
  To simplify the case, here it assumes that windows host supports windows type container image only. It needs to be updated when kubernetes is to support windows host running linux container image or the like.
  Corresponding code in v1.6: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/v1.6.4/pkg/kubelet/dockertools/docker_manager_windows.go#L57
4. Add podIpCache in dockershim.
  For v1.6 windows implementation, it still does not use sandbox, thus only allow single container to be exposed.
  Here added a cache for saving container IP, to get adapted to the new CRI api.
Corresponding code in v1.6:
No sandbox: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/v1.6.4/pkg/kubelet/dockertools/docker_manager_windows.go#L66
Use container id as pod ip: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/v1.6.4/pkg/kubelet/dockertools/docker_manager.go#L2727
**Which issue this PR fixes**: fixes #44032
**Special notes for your reviewer**:our openstack environment region name is not nova, so I tested this and it works now
All cinder blockstorages are using variable name availability_zone instead of availability. Docs:
v3:
https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/block-storage/v3/index.html?expanded=create-a-volume-detail#create-a-volume
v2:
https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/block-storage/v2/index.html?expanded=create-volume-detail#create-volume
I could not find v1 documentation anymore from openstack pages. However, https://developer.rackspace.com/docs/cloud-block-storage/v1/api-reference/cbs-volumes-operations/#create-a-volume documentation says also availability_zone is the correct one.
Like mentioned in https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/44032#issuecomment-291488494 openstack CLI is using availability_zone
add rancher credential provider
This adds rancher as a credential provider in kubernetes.
@erictune This might be a good opportunity to discuss adding a provision for people to have their own credential providers that is similar to the new cloud provider changes (https://github.com/kubernetes/community/pull/128). WDYT?
Fix for Support selection of datastore for dynamic provisioning in vS…
Fixes #40558
Current vSphere Cloud provider doesn't allow a user to select a datastore for dynamic provisioning. All the volumes are created in default datastore provided by the user in the global vsphere configuration file.
With this fix, the user will be able to provide the datastore in the storage class definition. This will allow the volumes to be created in the datastore specified by the user in the storage class definition. This field is optional. If no datastore is specified, the volume will be created in the default datastore specified in the global config file.
For example:
User creates a storage class with the datastore
kind: StorageClass
apiVersion: storage.k8s.io/v1beta1
metadata:
name: slow
provisioner: kubernetes.io/vsphere-volume
parameters:
diskformat: thin
datastore: VMFSDatastore
Now the volume will be created in the datastore - "VMFSDatastore" specified by the user.
If the user creates a storage class without any datastore
kind: StorageClass
apiVersion: storage.k8s.io/v1beta1
metadata:
name: slow
provisioner: kubernetes.io/vsphere-volume
parameters:
diskformat: thin
Now the volume will be created in the datastore which in the global configuration file (vsphere.conf)
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR updates `github.com/spf13/pflag` to the latest version.
* OpenShift needs pflag bump in order to use [`StringArray`](https://github.com/spf13/pflag/issues/89), and
* Latest revision contains couple of bugfixes that I'd like to have there, and
* Kubernetes should have the same version, which is the reason for this PR
**Which issue this PR fixes**:
None, related to openshift/origin#11539.
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
`hack/verify-godeps.sh` fails with following output even though I haven't touched that package: https://gist.github.com/mmilata/3cb84b754f9b9e7ff371a7b6c5131b09
Am I using the wrong golang/godep version perhaps? Any hint what am I doing wrong?
**Add Security Group Support for OpenStack Load Balancers**:
fixes #29745
adds OpenStack support to the work done in #20392
**Release note**:
```
This allows security groups to be created and attached to the neutron
port that the load balancer is using on the subnet.

The security group ID that is assigned to the nodes needs to be
provided, to allow for traffic from the load balancer to the nodePort
to be reflected in the rules.

This adds two config items to the LoadBalancer options -

ManageSecurityGroups (bool)
NodeSecurityGroupID  (string)

Add density (batch pods creation latency and resource) and resource performance tests to `test-e2e-node'

This PR contains two new tests (migrate from e2e test):
1. Density test: verify startup latency and resource usage when create a batch of pod with throughput control. Throughput control is done by sleep for an interval between firing concurrently create pod operations.
