Update Minio example

**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Added examples for Minio standalone and distributed modes

**Which issue this PR fixes** *(optional, in `fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...)` format, will close that issue when PR gets merged)*: 
- Add latest image tag in Minio image.
- Remove command and use args instead, inline with latest change in Minio.

Maintained Examples

Maintained Examples are expected to be updated with every Kubernetes release, to use the latest and greatest features, current guidelines and best practices, and to refresh command syntax, output, changed prerequisites, as needed.
