Sascha Grunert 1c0a5aa84a Link apiextensions-apiserver binary statically ...

The apiextensions-apiserver itself only depends on the following runtime
libraries when linking dynamically:

We now move the apiextensions-apiserver to become a static binary as
well to achieve maximum portability.
