New anti-windup technique: use the request arrival time as the floor on the virtual dispatch time. Prevent bound violations where they might arise rather than fixing up just one queue at dispatch time, so that the fixed up dispatch times figure into the dispatching choice. Two tweaks to the shuffle sharding. Take seats of executing requests into account as well as seats of waiting requests. Do not always consider the generated hand in the same order. Rename the queueset methods that do shuffle sharding and finding the queue to dispatch from, because the old names were confusingly similar. Tighten up some request margins. Name the test cases in TestNoRestraint and TestWindup. |

Kubernetes (K8s)
Kubernetes, also known as K8s, is an open source system for managing containerized applications across multiple hosts. It provides basic mechanisms for deployment, maintenance, and scaling of applications.
Kubernetes builds upon a decade and a half of experience at Google running production workloads at scale using a system called Borg, combined with best-of-breed ideas and practices from the community.
Kubernetes is hosted by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). If your company wants to help shape the evolution of technologies that are container-packaged, dynamically scheduled, and microservices-oriented, consider joining the CNCF. If you want to build Kubernetes right away there are two options:
You have a working Go environment.

You have a working Docker environment.
git clone https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes
