Slava Semushin 3a461afaf5 pkg/securitycontext/util_test.go(TestAddNoNewPrivileges): update tests. 
- remove irrelevant test cases
- add test case for AllowPrivilegeEscalation: nil
- explicitly specify input and expected outcome
