Fix panic in kubeadm master node setup

The problem was [caught](https://travis-ci.org/Mirantis/kubeadm-dind-cluster/jobs/218999640#L3249) by kubeadm-dind-cluster CI.

$ cd kubernetes
$ make quick-release
