Antonio Ojea ac9eec0093 e2e test for CVE-2021-29923 ...

The e2e test checks that the component implementing Kubernetes Services
interprets ClusterIPs with leading zeros as decimal, otherwise the
cluster will be exposed to CVE-2021-29923.
