- **Description:** Added Support for `bind_tool` as requested in the
issue. Plus two issue in `_stream` were fixed:
    - Corrected the Positional Argument Passing for `generate_step`
    - Accountability if `token` returned by `generate_step` is integer.
- **Issue:** #28692
