Justin Cormack 07103e7e62 Switch to dhcpcd

Should fix issue with not sending hostname which Azure needs.

This should be requesting all the dhcp features we currently use.

Moby, the Alpine Linux distro for Docker editions

Simple build instructions: use make to build. make qemu will boot up in qemu in a container.

Requires GNU make, GNU tar (not Busybox tar), Docker to build.
