Rolf Neugebauer 40ea10065c kernel: Tweak kernel build ...

- Combine 'sign' and 'push' targets like it is done for
  package builds.
- Append '-dirty' to the tag if the repository is dirty.
- Don't push to hub if the repository is dirty.
