The update in 6ede240737 ("kernel: Update to
4.14.1/4.13.15/4.9.64/4.4.100") failed to build on aarch64.
This fixes it.

make DEBUG=1. The options enabled are listed in kernel_config.debug.
This allocates a significant amount of memory on boot and you may need to
