Justin Cormack 7195763e66 Use an image to pad initrd files to 4 bytes

This saves a lot of duplicated nasty Makefile code, means and generally
cleans things up.

Moby, the Alpine Linux distro for Docker editions

Simple build instructions: use make to build. make qemu will boot up in qemu in a container.

Requires GNU make, GNU tar (not Busybox tar), Docker to build.
