fix(docs): add docsSidebar alias to versioned sidebars patches
...
The navbar references sidebarId 'docsSidebar' but old versions (v0.7.4,
v0.7.5) export 'tutorialSidebar'. Add docsSidebar as an alias in the
version patches so the CI doc build can resolve the sidebar correctly.
