Wei Liu eebccac2a7 hv: add suffix(U) in vmx.h to come up MISRA-C ...

MISRA-C required the suffix(U), such as:
(1U << 0) ---> (1U << 0U)
This patch will add the suffix(U) to come up MISRA-C.
