dongshen 016c1a5073 hv: pass pointer to functions ...

Pass intr_src and dmar_ir_entry irte as pointers to dmar_assign_irte(),
which fixes the "Attempt to change parameter passed by value" MISRA C violation.

A few coding style fixes
