4be09f24f3 HV: enable bar emulation for sos
For sos, its vbar base address is set to pbar base address (vbar gpa = pbar
hpa)

For pre-launched VMs, vbar base address is pre-assigned in vm_config

Rename vdev_pt_remap_msix_table_bar to vdev_pt_remap_msix_table_vbar and make it
a static function

Remove unused function prototye vdev_pt_remap_msix_table_bar() in vpci_priv.h

af163d579f HV: add support for 64-bit bar emulation
Enable 64-bit bar emulation, if pbar is of type PCIBAR_MEM64, vbar will also be
of type PCIBAR_MEM64 instead of PCIBAR_MEM32

With 64-bit bar emulation code in place, we can remove enum pci_bar_type type
from struct pci_bar as bar type can be derived from struct pci_bar's reg member
by using the pci_get_bar_type function

Rename functions:
  pci_base_from_size_mask --> git_size_masked_bar_base

Remove unused functions

f0244b24e7 HV: call get_vbar_base() to get the newly set vbar base address in 64-bit
Replace new_base with vbar_base in vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar().
We will call vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar() after a new vbar base
is set, no need to pass new_base to vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar(),
as this new vbar base (vbar_base) can be obtained by calling get_vbar_base().

The reason we call vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar() after a new vbar base
is set is for 64-bit mmio handling: when the lower 32-bit of 64-bit mmio vbar is
set, we will defer calling vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar until its upper 32-bit
vbar base is set.

ed1bdcbbdf HV: add uint64_t bar_base_mapped[PCI_BAR_COUNT] to struct pci_vdev
To remember the previously mapped/registered vbar base

For the following reasons:
register_mmio_emulation_handler() will throw an error if the the same addr_lo is
 alreayd registered before

We are going to remove the base member from struct pci_bar, so we cannot use vdev->bar[idx].base
 in the code any more

In subsequent commits, we will assume vdev_pt_remap_generic_mem_vbar() is called after a new
vbar base is set, mainly because of 64-bit mmio bar handling, so we need a
separate bar_base_mapped[] array to track the previously mapped vbar bases.

vbar base can be built by using the base address fields stored in

7a2f52441b HV: store the vbar base address in vbar's reg member
We added "union pci_bar_reg reg" to struct pci_bar in previous commit,
but only pci_pdev uses it and pci_vdev does not use it. Starting from
this commit, pci_vdev will use it:

In init_vdev_pt(), copy pbar's reg's flags portion to corresponding vbar's
reg.

When guest updates the vbar base address, the corresponding vbar reg's base
address will also be updated, so that in subsequent commits, we can eventually
remove the base member in struct pci_bar.

27D: Variable should be declared static
pci_ops_vdev_msi is not accessed by other files. Remove the declaration
from the header and define it with the static qualifier; Because it's
referenced by populate_msi_struct(), so move the define statements forward.

33D: No real declaration for external variable
certain variables are available in sharing mode or partition mode only,
so that the declarations in header files must be enclosed with
  CONFIG_PARTITION_MODE

bad813ea31 hv: fix MISRA-C violations in vpci code: Function pointer is of wrong type
576S: Function pointer is of wrong type. C90 requires the elements of an
designated initializer to appear in a fixed order, the same as the order of
declaration. C99 relaxes this rule but seems MISRA-C sticks to C90 in this
regard.

99586e32cc HV:treewide:rename vm data structure
For data structure types "struct vm", its name is identical
with variable name in the same scope. This is a MISRA C violation.

Naming convention rule:If the data structure type is used by multi
modules, its corresponding logic resource is exposed to external
components (such as SOS, UOS), and its name meaning is simplistic
(such as vcpu, vm), its name needs prefix "acrn_".

The following udpates are made:
struct vm *vm-->struct acrn_vm *vm

0391f84c83 hv: mmu: replace dynamic memory allocation in memory
Replace dynamic memory allocation in memory management with static memory allocation.
Since the static memory allocation can guarantee the allocation never failed, so
split_large_page and construct_pgentry don't need to return a errno any more.
Besides, the destroy_ept don't need to free page any more. Instead, it would memset
the eptp to 0 to make sure we can't walk this paging table again.

a6677e6e69 hv: create new file core.c and pci.c
- move the functions to access physical PCI configuration space from
pci_pt.c to the new file dm/hw/pci.c, so they can be accessed in
sharing mode as well. The new folder dm/hw is created in order to
move APIs talking to physical PCI devices out of dm/vpci.
- move the common vpci code from header file pci_priv.h to core.c.
- move file include/dm/vpci/vpci.h one level up. It seems the folder
  include/dm/vpci is not necessary.
- This patch only moves code around, and doesn't make any logical
changes. Besides removes the static keyword from pci_pdev_read_cfg()
  and pci_pdev_write_cfg()
